SALT Restaurant & Bar at 163 Upper Salthill in Galway has just launched a brand new set of menus ahead of the summer season, with a wide and varied selection of offerings from 10am right through until 10pm daily.
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and at SALT, you can enjoy a Full Irish from 10am to 12noon, or choose a lighter dish such as Sourdough with Scrambled Eggs, Watercress & Ballymaloe Relish. The Breakfast Menu also has a list of items like chorizo, crab meat and avocado that customers can add to any of the dishes.
From 12noon to 5pm, those looking for something light and tasty can order from the SALT Sandwich & Salad Menu, with a mouth-watering selection of dishes available to suit vegetarians, as well as meat and fish lovers.
The Á La Carte Menu, meanwhile, runs from 12noon to 10pm and offers a fine selection of fabulous taster dishes to start, with diners free to order individually or to share.
For a more substantial meal, there are three Vegetarian dishes, four Surf options and four Turf choices. Alongside these, the eight side dishes can be added to any meal or shared around the table.
If you still have room for something sweet after dinner, the desserts are certain to tickle your taste buds and, for the little ones, there’s a new Children’s Menu available – two courses with a cordial or glass of milk for just €9. Items from the children’s menu can also be ordered separately.
Of course, SALT also boasts an award-winning cocktail menu, as well as a wide selection of wine, beer, spirits and other drinks.
